For this year's actalys day, we visited the Chant d'Eole winery, where a delicious all-Belgian sparkling wine is produced in the Champenoise style. What's more, we were challenged to prepare a real gourmet lunch as a team, which was then judged by a panel of professional chefs, just like in a Topchef episode! The lunch was followed by a strategic game in which group spirit was essential, and an in-depth visit and tasting of the estate and its wines. All in all, it was a wonderful day in glorious sunshine!
